If you have never tried Creative Cuisine, you need to hurry up and host an event just so you can have them cater. I'm getting hungry just looking at these photos. I've known Christina for a few years now and this is not the first time I've photographed her work. She wanted images of this particular event for an upcoming advertising opportunity. I'm just happy I got to sample the food after staring at it so closely through my lens.
Healthcare might be the number one topic in the news right now, with politicians arguing over coverage and policies, but this awards ceremony honored the people and programs that went above and beyond to help patients receive care. Here are just some highlights from that event with recipients from all over the country.
Three photographers, colorful up lighting and a celebrity chef! With two reception rooms, several speakers and backdrops for portraits, we definitely needed additional photographers to cover all the action at this event. There were so many moving stories and they inspired the crowd to pledge over $800,000 in donations! I'm not going to lie, my entire team tried the specialty dessert created by Chef Robert Irvine at the close of the event. It was delicious.

It's very intimidating when you're surrounded by some of the smartest physicists in the country. This is the second year I've photographed this event. Witnessing the respect and honor bestowed upon the award recipient is quite heartwarming. You wouldn't think an event full of scientists and researchers could be so emotional but there it is.
