International Monetary Fund

International Monetary Fund

At least twice a year I work for the IMF during their Spring and Annual Meetings. The week of coverage usually consists of 12-16 hour days photographing meetings, speakers, presentations, portraits and events then editing the images on site as quickly as is humanly possible. It is grueling and fast-paced but I enjoy working with their creative team. I’ve become quite the regular, enough so that I now have my own badge and ID number. I can’t post any of the images I’ve taken on assignment for proprietary reasons but here are some behind the scenes shots of my adventures.

Custom photography is the way to go when you want to show off your stellar team and your newly renovated workspace. I had an awesome time spending two days with these folks at their Columbia branch.

New Portraits for Ride Entertainment

Two locations, several different settings, natural and artificial light. That’s what I was working with to give the members of Ride Entertainment new and updated head shots for their website. I still have two more to go but I think they turned out pretty well. I’d work with this team.

Barcoding, Inc. Executive Forum

Barcoding, Inc. Executive Forum

Believe it or not, I have never worked an event at M&T Bank Stadium. So when Barcoding, Inc. contracted me to photograph their annual Executive Forum I knew I'd be bringing all of my equipment to the event.  The space looks super cool but has so many different types of lighting going on (daylight, tungsten light, neon light...no light) it was kind of challenging to figure out which lighting option worked in each scenario. I think I used every type of configuration available to me...and a lot of batteries.
