I've worked for the Maryland Department of Commerce for several years now documenting their business and entrepreneurial programs. This was by far the largest event I've covered. This all day summit featured speakers from all over the state who have a vested interest in bringing business to Maryland, with key note speakers Arne Sorenson, President and CEO of Marriott International, John Harbaugh, Head Coach of the Baltimore Ravens and of course our Governor Larry Hogan. It was an incredibly long day and a bit challenging running from room to room during the breakout sessions but I think I managed to create a pretty comprehensive visual display of the days events. As the slogan says "Maryland is Open for Business".
